ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 07.10.2019.

2.It is seen that the respondents are Home Secretary and Director General of Police. On perusal of the representation, it is nothing but a complaint. Without even adding the jurisdictional police, the writ petition has been filed and as such the writ petition is devoid of merits.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the superior officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for taking appropriate action against the accused persons. No costs.
