(CR.NO.281 /2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.124/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/Appellant in S.C.No.44 of 2015 on the file of the Honble Principal Sessions Judge, Salem dated 25.01.2019 and enlarge him on bail, pending disposal of the CRL A.124/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.

124/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAVICHADRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
