PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the suspension order dated 14.10.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.620/A2/2022, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the period of the petitioner suspension from 14.10.2022 till the petitioner was reinstated as duty with pay and to pay the petitioner all the monetary and other consequential benefits by treating as if the petitioner was never placed under suspension and by treating as if he continued in 1/3

service and award costs.
