(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the CMA against the order and decree dated 22.10.2025 in O.P.No.3543 of 2024 passed by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the petitioner is an aged lady about 74 years and suffering from severe medical ailments and could not give necessary instructions to file the appeal and hence, there has been a delay.

3.Notice had been directed, notice had been served and learned counsel had entered appearance for the respondent.

4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
