This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6826 of 2019, by the order dated 14.03.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following conditions:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and the petitioner is also directed to surrender himself before the concerned Jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and produce the receipt of payment of cost to the learned Magistrate concerned.
