Suit for money seeking a direction to the respondent/defendant to furnish a security to the suit claim of Rs.25,23,956/- and in default to pass an order of attachment before Judgment of the Schedule mentioned property, the present application has been filed. Despite notice served, none appears for the respondent and thus the averments made are taken into consideration and accordingly, the application stands ordered as prayed for and the respondent/defendant is directed to furnish a security to the suit claim, within a period of four weeks, from today, failing which, an order of attachment would follow.
