ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case under appropriate provisions of law for the offence committed to the human body for the complaint given by the petitioner or based on the statement recorded by the respondent from the petitioner dated 16.04.2015 for the CSR No.N2 PS/CSR/475/15.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.475 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
