These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1437 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole plaintiff, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed petitioner as legal heir of the the deceased plaintiff.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.
3. The proposed parties are being the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, she has to be impleaded in order to proceed further.
