This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to impound the third respondent's passport bearing No. H 4774716 by considering her representation dated 31.08.2013.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent has been resolved outside the Court and the petitioner is not keen in pressing the representation dated 31.08.2013.

4. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
