This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29003 of 2023 to report before the Principal Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.00 A.M., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the the Principal Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of twenty days and thereafter, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
