ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 6th respondent to submit the pension proposals in respect of the petitioner to the 5th respondent without any further delay and further direct the 2nd respondent to take action against the 6th respondent for delaying the pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioner was disbursed with all the pensionary benefits.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
