ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the Complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.06.2015 and enquire the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.311 of 2015 has been registered on 15.07.2015 for offences under Sections 341 & 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
