Late Mr.Sivarami Reddy, 2.Minor. Kovidha Reddy, D/o. Late Mr.Sivarami Reddy, 3.Minor. Druthi Sri Lakshmi Reddy, D/o. Late.Sivarami Reddy as the respondents/Legal heirs of de-facto complainant in the above Crl.O.P.No.27983 of 2015 in Crime No.8/2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.G.ANBARASU, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4 the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the legal heirs of the deceased defacto complainant in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title.
