The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 07.12.2021 and 09.02.2022 and direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in the petitioners name comprised in S.No.213/2 measuring 1.06.50 Hectare and in S.No.212/1A measuring 0.68.00 at Panapatti Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore

2. The petitioner had given representations dated 07.12.2021 and 09.02.2022 to the respondent Tahsildar ie., the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner and in order to consider the said representations, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that, the 3rd respondent Revenue Tahsildar would consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.12.2021 and 09.02.2022 and necessary orders would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent Revenue Tahsildar to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.12.2021 and 09.02.2022 and pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
