This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.290 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.00 a.m., apart from Court hearing dates.
