O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners Representation dated 11.04.2022 and to direct the 3rd respondent to issue separate patta in Survey No. 313/C situated at Vadambacheri Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District with an extent of 2.33 Acres.

In respect of the property situated at Survey No. 313/C situated at Vadambacheri Village Sulur Taluk and Coimbatore District with an extent of 2.33 Acres, it is the claim of the petitioner that, the property was purchased by the petitioner through the sale deed in Document No.14609 of 2019 on the file of the concerned Sub Registrar Office and thereafter the petitioner applied for issuance of separate patta in his name for the said property, after surveying the land in question by a representation dated 11.04.2022. Since the said representation has so far not been considered by the respondents especially the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, the said 2 / 4

representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.04.2022 would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the 3rd respondent Tahsildar within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the 3rd respondent Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 11.04.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
