O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2011 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners 1 and 2 are senior citizens. Apart from that, the 1st petitioner is a handicapped person and all the three petitioners are residing at Anna Nagar West, Chennai. Therefore, they find it difficult to travel from Madras to Kancheepuram to attend for the hearing in O.S.No.210 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram. The learned Counsel would further submit that the records are intact and the matter is ripe for trial. Therefore, a direction may be issued for the earlier disposal of the above suit. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioners 1 and 2 are senior citizens and also the fact that the 1st petitioner is a handicapped person, I direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2011 pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the records are intact and the suit is ripe for trial. 4.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition

is disposed of. No costs.

28.08.2017 Note : Issue order copy on 20.09.2017 tsi To The Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram.
