ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.27455 of 2016, by order dated 25.10.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking notional promotion to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forests with effect from 2006-2007 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ panel on par with the junior's promotion in the light of

G.O.(D).No.326, Environment and Forests (FR.1) Department, dated 05.09.2012 and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 02.02.2017 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
