Mr.V.Bhiman, learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infractuous and nothing survives in this writ petition, as of now, for adjudication and seeks for the disposal of this writ petition.

3. The said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and based on which this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infractuous. No costs.
