This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 19.02.2020 issuing patta to the private respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy before the Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Divisional Officer and they have to workout their remedy only before the said authority. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, this writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioners to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
