This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the 3rd petitioner as Surya @ Rathinavel intead of Surya @ Kathirvel in the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2424 of 2024 and in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2424 of dated 08.02.2024.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2424 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 08.02.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 05.04.2024.
