Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.971 of 2022 dated 12/01/2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of C. PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.971 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., instead of every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

3.
