ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to take the complaint on file and Register a case on the basis of the complaint given to the 2nd Respondent on 04.06.2016 as against the said Salem @ Iyalarsan and Sriraj.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 04.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.320 of 2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
