This writ petition has been filed challenging the order in G.O.(2D) No.48, School Education Department, Dated 21.07.2004 and the subsequent amendment in G.O.(2D) No.24, School Education Department, Dated 23.04.2010 issued by the first respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequently, directing the respondents to grant permanent recognition to the petitioner school.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that no further order is required in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
