This Writ Petition is dismissed as premature insofar as the petitioner seeks a mandamus for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation filed before R1/the District Collector, Salem dated 02.03.2022, which is proximate to the date of filing of the Writ Petiton, being 15.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thus, it is more appropriate for the petitioner to pursue the representation before the authorities granting them sufficient time to process the same without rushing to Court as he has done now.
