ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, wherein, he has sought for cancellation of certain documents.

2. While the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the inquiry has been completed and final orders have not been passed, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions submitted that the inquiry is still pending. 2/4

3. This Court has taken note of the fact that the representation was given on 16.05.2022 and that the petitioner is aged about 72 years.

4. In this background, there shall be a direction to the third respondent herein, to complete the inquiry which was made on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2022 and pass final orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
