This petition is filed to implead the proposed 3rd respondent as 3rd respondent in W.P.No.5348 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer in W.P.No.5348 of 2023, this Court is of the view that, proposed 3rd respondent is a necessary party for effective adjudication of W.P.No.5348 of 2023. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 3rd respondent as 3rd respondent in W.P.No.5348 of 2023 and post the matter after two weeks.

4. Issue notice to the proposed 3rd respondent returnable in two weeks time. Private notice is also permitted.
