This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.855 of 2019, has directed the trial Court to dispose the I.A.No.670 of 2018 in HMOP No.1336 of 2015, within a period of one month.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.13/2020 dated 04.01.2020 has requested further time to dispose of the I.A.No.670 of 2018.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of three months time is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose the I.A.No.670 of 2018 in HMOP No.1336 of 2015.
