PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents 1 and 2 to grant the Petitioner a period of one month or any reasonable time may be fixed by this Court to vacate the premises in Plot No.A1, Second Floor, Vellanoor , Ramakrishna Nagar, Kannadapalayam, Koilpathagai, Avadi, Chennai-54 and also direct Respondents 1 and 2 to restore the electricity supply for such time disconnected on 20.3.2018. For Petitioner :

2. The Petitioner is a tenant in the property more fully mentioned in the petition. According to her, the school is yet to be closed for the academic year and her tender child is infected with chicken pox and as such, she prays for reasonable time to vacate the premises and also requests that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

electricity supply be restored till such time.

3. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has come out with a plea that her tender child is infected with chicken pox, this Court, based on sympathetic and humane consideration, grants one month's time from today to enable her to vacate from the petition premises. After the expiry of one month from today, in case the Petitioner is not vacating or has not vacated the petition mentioned premises, it is open to Respondents 1 and 2 to carry out the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15313 of 2017 dated 05.1.2018 without any delay whatsoever.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.

5. For reporting compliance in regard to the aspect of vacating the premises by filing an affidavit by the petitioner, Registry is directed to list the matter on 27.4.2018. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To:
