This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicant for the citation to the respondent to produce the Original Will dated 14.07.2016 marked as Exhibit in O.S.No.2420 of 2019 before the XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he had already taken out an application in I.A.No.5 of 2025 seeking for return of the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

K.KUMARESH BABU.J., sr original documents by substituting certified copy and the same has been vehemently opposed by the defendants therein.

3. Since it is clear that the said original Will had been marked as Ex.A.2 before XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, I do not find any impediment in ordering this application.
