ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Alleging that the Order of this Court dated 21.07.2016 made in W.P.No.25397 of 2016 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come before this Court with this petition seeking to punish the respondents.

Today, when the matter is called, a Compliance Report has been filed by the 1st respondent in which in paragraph 14, it has been held as follows:

''14. I respectfully submit that after serving of the orders the building in question was locked and sealed by the officials of Greater Chennai Corporation on 01.06.2018 with the help of police protection. Hence the Chennai Corporation has taken action against Mr.Man Bahadur and Savithiri building.''

Recording the compliance report filed by the 1st respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed.
