ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.22842 of 2017, dated 05.09.2017.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent had complied with the order dated 05.09.2017 made in W.P.No.22842 of 2017. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the Tahsildar has passed the order after considering the petitioner's representation on 05.07.2018 itself.

3. Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with the copy of the order dated 05.07.2018, passed by the Tahsildar, Kanchipuram Taluk.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has handed over the copy of the order dated 05.07.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the

open Court.

5. Since the 4th respondent has complied with the order dated 05.09.2017, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
