The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.844 of 2024 from the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2.On 04.06.2025, noticing service on the respondent having been completed and that being no appearance for the respondent, the Registry was directed to list the matter today for orders. Today also there is no representation or appearance on behalf of the respondent. 3.I have gone through the affidavit of the petitioner/wife filed in support of the transfer petition.

4.The petitioner has expressed her genuine difficulties in appearing before the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, which is situate more than 200 kms away from her ordinary place of residence. The petitioner has made out a prima facie case for transfer. 5.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.844 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 06.06.2025 ata 2/4
