2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent made a submission that a domestic enquiry was conducted and accordingly the final order in the disciplinary proceedings was passed by the second respondent in proceedings Va.Va.Aa.Na.Ka.No.R.3/3244/2017 dated 13.9.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Thus, the nature of the disciplinary proceedings came to an end and therefore no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, no order as to costs.
