By an order dated 31.03.2023, the compensation amount of Rs.2,75,000/- was directed to be deposited on or before 02.06.2023.

2. Today,when the matter is listed for reporting compliance, Mr.Subbaiyan, Special Sub Inspector, Ooty Police Station has filed a detailed report and copy of the Fixed Deposit made in State Bank of India, a sum of Rs.1,25,000/-, Rs.75,000/- and Rs.75,000/- respectively has been produced. The original deposit receipts in this regard is produced before this Court and the same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 31.03.2023 made in Crl.A.No.192 of 2016 is complied with and no further orders are required.
