Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further order imposed by this Hon'ble High Court by an order dated 29.10.2020 Vide Crl.M.P.No.6610/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12989/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6610 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12989 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6610 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12989 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
