ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents, to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.646 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-1 Dharmapuri Police Station, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.646 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 506 (i) of IPC and Section 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 is going on and the second respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the second respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
