This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.04.2017, 14.07.2017 and 01.11.2017, in which request was made to furnish copy of the order of promotion given to the respondents 2 and 3.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader representing Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the order of promotion passed in favour of the respondents 2 and 3 are made ready and the same would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

furnished to the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner tomorrow (10.01.2018).

3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that on receipt of the same, the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the said promotion order.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner, on receipt of the promotion order passed in favour of the respondents 2 and 3, is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
