C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The appellants challenged the cut off date prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in its Notification No.1 of 2019 dated 01.01.2019 on the ground that the benefit given by the Government in its order in G.O.Ms.No.93, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, dated 17.07.2018, was not taken cognizance.

2.The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petitions. Feeling aggrieved, the appellants have come up with these intra court appeals. 3.The issue raised by the appellants is covered by an earlier judgment of this Court dated 28.02.2019 in W.A.No.624 of 2019. Accordingly, by following the judgment in W.A.No.624 of 2019, these intra court appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
