Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the operation of Judgment and decree dated 29.03.2021 passed in O.S.No.30 of 2017 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Puducherry(CMP.No.4655 of 2022)pending disposal of the above AS.No.121 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.MOHANDASS, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- As against the dismissal of the suit for partition, the plaintiffs have filed the above Appeal. 2.When there is no executable decree passed against the plaintiffs, the prayer sought for in the petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.4655 of 2022 is dismissed.
