This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the petitioner's land to an extent of 1.45 acres in S.F.No.139/2, 0.48 acres in S.F.No.136/2 and 1.61 acres in S.F.No.136/4 of Pachampalayam Village, Erode District and 0.56 acres in S.F.No.158/4 and 1.81 acres in S.F.No.75/1 of Patlur Village, Erode District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2023 within a time stipulated by this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties were acquired by way of a registered Settlement Deed dated 01.12.2008. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given a representation on 06.10.2023 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the properties and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent and also to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
