Heard Mr.P.Paramasiva Doss, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The successful bidder in public auction conducted by the second respondent has come forward with the present writ petition seeking a direction to handover the vacant site of cycle stand, as per the auction notification.

3. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the vacant site has been handover to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
