This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in S.No.113/1, 113/2 total an extent of 1.78.00 hectare in Semmandapatti Village, Kadaiyampatti Taluk, Salem District by considering the representation dated 21.02.2022 made by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application for issuance of Patta has been rejected on 02.04.2022, on the ground that the Suit in O.S.No.61 of 2022 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Omalur and the rival claim is made.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law subject to the outcome of the Suit.
