This application is filed by the petitioners to receive the original sale deed filed under Ex.A8 dated 13.04.1967.

2.Heard Mr.G.Bharadwaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms.A.N.Nilophar representing Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The appeal has been disposed of on 18.10.2022. In the suit, Ex.A8 has been filed as the original sale deed (wrongly typed as Ex.A1 in the affidavit filed for return of the documents). The appeal having been disposed of, there is no necessity to retain the documents. 4.Hence, this petition is allowed, the petitioners are permitted to receive the original sale deed filed under Ex.A8 dated 13.04.1967 after substituting the same with a certified copy, subject to the amendment in the prayer portion from said A1 to A8.
