O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.08.2015, passed by the first respondent/Tribunal rejecting the complaint filed by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (No.56 of 2007).

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already filed a civil suit before the competent Civil Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
