PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order, or direction in the nature of writ, forbearing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e. cross massage in the name and style of ''LUCKY BEAUTY PARLOUR & SALOON'' at No.30/21, Supreme Mobiles Upstairs, Aranmanaipudur, Old Bus Stand, Tiruppur Town, Tiruppur.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the business of the petitioner in the name and style of ''LUCKY BEAUTY PARLOUR & SALOON''

at No.30/21, Supreme Mobiles Upstairs, Aranmanaipudur, Old Bus Stand, Tiruppur Town, Tiruppur.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running Ayurvedic treatment and operating under the name and style of ''Lucky Beauty Parlour & https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Saloon'', as per standard prescribed to run a SPA. He would further submit that the petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents. The petitioner has obtained license and has employed qualified therapists. In similar cases, this Court issued a number of orders forbearing the respondents from conducting any raid or interfering with the business carried on by the petitioner on routine basis without any justification.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are not interfering in the business conducted by the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5. So long as the petitioner does not indulge in any illegal or unlawful activity, the respondents shall not interfere with the petitioner's running of the business mentioned in this petition.
