ORDER

Seeking a direction to the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to pass an order on the report filed by the respondent in connection with Crime No.743 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.743 of 2015 was completed and a report has been filed before the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, today, i.e., on 24.07.2015.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the defacto complainant expeditiously.
