TAMILVANAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioners t withdraw the entire deposited amount with interest in the credit of MCOP NO 491/2013 on the file of the MACT Sub Judge Krishnagiri.(IN CMP No.11710 of 2017)Pending disposal of above CMA.2800/2014 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MUKUND R.PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.ARUN KUMAR on behalf of the 1ST Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the claimant to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire deposited amount with interest in the credit of MCOP No.491 of 2013 on the file of Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunals, Sub Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and after satisfying with the same, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount that has been already deposited and lying to the credit of MCOP No.491 of

2013 on the file of Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunals, Sub Judge, Krishnagiri.

4. This petiition is ordered accordingly.

5. Post the appeal after two weeks.
