This application is filed by the applicant to permit him to examine one J.Raghavendra Rao, one of the attesting witnesses as P.W.2 before cross examining the applicant (P.W.1).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the submissions made on either side and also going through the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"P.W.1 should appear before the Additional Master III on 01.09.2016 and the cross examination of P.W.1 will be completed on or before 02.09.2016. P.W.2 will get into the box on 06.09.2016. Chief and cross examination of P.W.2 will be completed on 07.09.2016 and the parties are directed to co-operate with the completion of the same.

The above direction is given in view of the fact that P.W.2 is living outside the country and he may not be available for a period of six months."

5.Post the matter on 01.09.2016 as a first case before the Additional Master III.
