The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for the following relief:
"for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records and to quash the list (second list) issued after re-evaluation and its consequential proceedings issued after re-evaluation pursuant advertisement No.03/2012 dated 28.2.2012 and to direct the respondents to strictly and correctly follow the rule of reservation provided for persons with disabilities in law and in the government orders in the process of selection of Post Graduate Assistants/Physical Education Directors GR 1."
2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned 2/5
counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has already sent a letter to the petitioner, however, he has no instructions from the petitioner.
3. Hence, there is no useful purpose in keeping this writ petition pending.
